I woke up the other day and realized what I wanted to do with the rest of my life: I want to own and operate my own dispensary. So, I hopped online and started to search for a turnkey dispensary for sale in metro Detroit. I saw a bunch of places I’ve been to before, but then I saw a Michigan dispensary near me in Detroit that I had never heard of. During all of my searches for recreational dispensaries near me in Michigan, I never scrolled past this one location. It only enhanced my desire to open up a spot of my own, so I logged into wellrootedrealestate.com, and started looking for a perfect place to make my marijuana dreams come true – once and for all!
I wanted to open up a place, and needed to find a turnkey dispensary for sale in metro Detroit, and it would have to be cool enough to compete with any dispensary near me in Detroit, or any recreational dispensaries near me in Michigan for that matter. And I need it to be welcoming to every kind of cannabis enthusiast. If there were some hip, loud youngsters looking for a new mellow spot to pick up some flowers after their midterms, they would know that my place would always have the best products – and smoke lounge. That’s right, I’d have a killer smoke lounge to entertain all of my patrons.
Perhaps you’ve been in a smoke lounge before, but maybe you haven’t. Which is totally understandable. Some states won’t allow businesses to open up such on-site consumption areas, which is a real drag and a total shame. However, as the laws continue to loosen and more states continue to legalize cannabis in every regard, we’re confident that it’s just a matter of time before every single dispensary will have a smoke lounge, much like a bar has seating. It’s really a no-brainer when you think about it.
Anyway, when it comes to my ideal smoke lounge, I think a few essentials can transform any boring area into a paradise. First off, we’re going to need a lot of comfy seating. Deep, leather couches and recliners to help patrons slowly slink into a comfortable stance.
Next, we will need to offer free beverages. Sure, they can buy a THC drink and enjoy it on the premises, but I don’t want to just give that away for free, as that’s not the best way to turn a profit for obvious reasons. But, anyway, I’d offer up free waters and sodas to all patrons who spent a certain amount at the dispensary. That way, the costs will even out, while still enhancing the overall enjoyability of the customer experience, which is my main goal with this strategy anyway. So, it’s basically a win, win situation.
Then, of course, I need to have some quality audio and video entertainment options. Something that will have a lot of mass appeal. I’m thinking of a massive television, maybe even two or three of them, that will always be showing some sort of cool, calming visuals. It could be a nature documentary playing on repeat, perhaps an old comedy movie, and also some old school skateboarding videos or other pop culture-related forms of entertainment.
And, you know what, come to think of it, maybe I should aim to have a collection of smoking lounges, each with their own themes, accents, elements, and aesthetics. That sounds pretty awesome, although, I may not have a lot of room to make all of those ideas come to fruition. Still, a solid thought to consider when building my ideal dispensary.
So, with all that in mind, I need to realize that the less work I have to do to make this dream come true, the better. So, I’ll be sure to hit up wellrootedrealestate.com for all sorts of useful information regarding any turnkey dispensary for sale in metro Detroit. And, if I want to stand at a chance at competing with any Michigan dispensary near me, or any recreational dispensaries near me in Michigan, for that matter, I have to be smart, patient, and ready for anything.
That’s really the only way anyone will be able to survive in this super competitive cannabis industry. And that’s exactly what I plan to do. Wish me luck, people. And, if you happen to be in the area, look me up, hit up the dispensary, and grab yourself some flowers. I promise it’ll be great!
