Andreanna Grillo’s life is rooted in hard work, diligence, growth, and service.  As a first-generation American whose father immigrated from Italy at the age of 16, Andreanna has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to cultivate The American Dream.  She learned lessons very early on about the struggles of start-up businesses, the challenges of growing small companies, and the resilience required to provide for her family.  These are all traits that benefit her robust client base today.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in international business at the University of Akron, Andreanna has spent over a decade channeling her passion for service, business, and growth through a range of experiences in sales, management, and marketing.  Having completed over $10 Million in real estate sales and lease transactions – approaching one million square feet of properties – Andreanna brings true expertise and experience to her passion for maximizing value.
